Spencer said that the best hot wings he has ever had in his whole life were at Nima's Restaurant in Palmyra, NY. I, not being the hot wing connoisseur he is, cannot verify this. However, Spencer does eat a lot of hot wings so if anyone wants to try them...it's another reason to come and visit!
