Five Boys & a Girl

For playgroup last week we took a little trip to the Gore Place. The grounds of this old governor's mansion are wonderful. A little guys paradise. There was a little stream running through the property, a few different types of animals (goats, rooster & chickens) and lots of great trees for climbing and exploring. It was so great to let the boys loose and just let them run! Boys definitely need wide open spaces. Taede and Talmage asked if we could live there, I wish. It was beautiful. They found all sorts of rocks and sticks (an obsession lately) and they loved walking in the water. It was really fun to do something a little bit different than the park for playgroup.

Truman wanted to wear his Daddy's hat. He wore it most of the day too. It was totally cute.
