Bunker Hill

294 steps to the top and we all made it. We went to the Bunker Hill monument in Charlestown. The battle took place, not on Bunker Hill but Breed's Hill in 1775, but the "misnamed" battle monument wasn't completed until 1843. It was beautiful weather and the views from the top of the monument were fantastic. Since the boys were such troopers we got some popsicle's and enjoyed the sunshine.
