We spent a marvelous day at the beach on Thursday. It didn't start marvelously...but it ended that way and that is all that matters. We've heard everyone rant and rave about this beach and we were skeptical. Just how great can a beach be when you have to pay $20 for parking right? Well we were wrong. It was fabulous. Really.

There are huge smooth rocks to climb on, lots of soft, sparkly sand, you can walk out about forever in shallow water, & when the tide is in there a small pools that form along the beach that are warm and perfect for our little guys to wade in.

Fabulous I tell you.

We enjoyed a sandwich lunch & Oreos and just soaked up the sunshine.

The boys spent most of the day collecting...things..mostly seashells though.

I really hope we make it back before Autumn comes.
