Christmas!

We had a very enjoyable Christmas holiday.While we terribly missed our families and friends, our little family spent some quality time together. Christmas Eve brought much anticipation, of course! We had Christmas Eve dinner on our Christmas table settings and then the boys opened their Christmas Eve pajamas (Star Wars jammies of course...not for Tag though, we'll keep him away from that as long as possible). Christmas Day was blissful. The boys were spoiled by all of their grandparents (Thank you again!). They were thrilled. We enjoyed breakfast, lounged around and then packed up and headed west...not very far west, but west non the less. We drove about 1 hour to a local hotel with a big surprise for the boys. An huge indoor waterpark. In the middle of the snow and 20 degree temps we went swimming for 2 days! It was so fun. We ate pizza & donuts, went swimming Christmas Day and the day after, watched Christmas movies and ate popcorn, snuggled in our hotel beds and loved every minute of our little family overnighter.
