Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree!

We went downtown at met up with our friends. the Louk's, Bischoff's,Evan's & Favero's, to see the lighting of the City of Boston's Christmas Tree. (Normally, celebrating anything to do with Christmas prior to Thanksgiving is a NO GO for me...but, Spencer reminded me, we are not going to be in Boston next year and this is probably the last time we will ever see this so we had to go.) It was FREEZING cold, but in the short time that we were there we had fun! We ate the boys favorite, Pizza Regina at Faneuil Hall, and then headed outside to brave the bitter cold (the official weather report...21 degrees, feels like 10 degrees...wow it was cold). The boys were bundled and all went well right up until the end when Taede was coughing so hard he lost his dinner (i.e. threw up) on the way back to the car. Poor kid, those dumb colds! Tae was having such a great time running around throwing "snow" on everyone & himself. Talmage & Truman pretty much sat in the stroller the entire time (just look at Tru & Tal's faces...now do they have fun written all over them!) wrapped in a blanket and Tag slept like an angel. He was toasty warm in the baby carrier and his full body, double insulated, fleece snowsuit. We got home and everyone recovered nicely. The boys took a nice hot tub and had a big glass of hot chocolate. They all feel fast asleep tucked in together dreaming about Christmas and going to Utah! WahOO!!...now we'll refocus on Thanksgiving.
